Located in downtown Montrose, Colorado, Silver Leaf Dental is now accepting new patients. We offer same-day appointments. In most cases, depending on your need and the time of day, you’ll be seen by a dentist or dental hygienist the same day.

Make an appointment any day of the week!  Whether you need a check-up, or a more complex procedure, Silver Leaf Dental can help.  Please note that we have specific office hours in which all doctors are on staff.  In the event that you need assistance outside of normal office hours, please contact your nearby hospital.

We are a preferred provider for most insurers, including Medicaid.
